Position Title: AI Architect

Role Description: As an AI Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the architecture of our generative AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance AI solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Your expertise will guide the strategic direction of our AI initiatives, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for generative AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring best practices in AI development and deployment.
•Solution Development: Design and implement AI models, algorithms, and pipelines, focusing on generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
•Innovation: Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI and generative technologies, and integrate new techniques into the product development lifecycle.
•Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing protocols to maintain high-quality codebases.
•System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
•Doentation: Create and maintain comprehensive doentation of AI architecture, design decisions, and development processes.
•Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Experience:
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and AI, with at least 7-8 years in an architectural role.
•Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying AI systems, with a specific focus on generative AI.
•Proven track record in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
Skills:
•Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning, particularly in generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers.
•Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI development, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
•Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
•Expertise in data engineering, model optimization, and scalable system design.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
•Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale AI architectures.
•Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integrati deployment (.
•Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
•Strong portfolio of AI projects, with a focus on generative AI applications.
