We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Event Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Event Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wedding planning and coordination, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds our clients' expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Plan and organise all logistical details of weddings, including venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event.
- Manage budgets and financial aspects of weddings, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Provide on-site coordination and supervision during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wedding planning.
**Education and Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Wedding Planning is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences.
- Arabic Verbal communication to understand local clients is a plus
- Preference will be given to female candidates due to the nature of the role.
