Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies, cultivate key stakeholder relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support our growth in the power and energy sectors within and beyond the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Development: Design and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive the company’s growth, focusing on trading opportunities in the power and energy sectors.
•Agent Management: Recruit and oversee local agents in target markets as needed.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors and financiers.
•Content Creation: Develop content for the website, social media, corporate profiles, and catalogues.
•Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial agencies and trading prospects.
•Project Management: Develop and present feasibility studies, marketing plans, business plans, business models, business ideas, concepts, corporate profiles, and presentations.
•Sales Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, close deals, and track performance data.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven experience in marketing and business development, ideally within the power and energy sector and in B environments.
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
•Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and presentation.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Prospective Projects:
•Distribution of downlight LEDs
•Development of electrical car charging stations business
•Distribution of solar panels and mobile solar containers
•Sales of inverters, transformers, cables, switchgears, circuit breakers, and petroleum products

The candidate may also be tasked with sourcing and sales as instructed by the company.
