Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Ajman Festival Group located in Ajman. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, managing Cleaning, Maintenance and security operations , and ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
