We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store IN charge. The Store IN charge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring efficient functioning of the store.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and organize stock in the storage area.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely rotation of stock to minimize wastage.
Supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts and providing training as needed.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on product features and usage.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises to create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or disposable items industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
